Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I appreciate your understanding of the following policy, which allows me to continue providing quality care to all my clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the full service cost. This fee helps cover the time reserved exclusively for your treatment.

How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule, please click the link provided in your appointment confirmation email. Cancellations via text or voicemail outside of business hours are accepted and will be timestamped accordingly.

No-Shows
Failing to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the full service cost. This fee is charged because your appointment time was held and could not be offered to another client in need of care.

How Fees Are Charged
Late cancellation and no-show fees will be invoiced directly. Outstanding fees must be settled before future appointments can be booked.

Exceptions
I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If an unforeseeable circumstance arises (such as a medical emergency), please contact me as soon as possible and I will review fees on a case-by-case basis.
